Prime Property Match provides free, informational home-improvement advisory guidance by email. We use your selected service, U.S. ZIP code and estimated home-value range to research relevant contractor options, current promotions and potential state or utility incentives. Services include solar, roofing, windows and doors, plumbing, energy and HVAC, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, patios and outdoor living, and swimming pools.
“Advisor” means informational comparison support. It does not mean a licensed contractor, engineer, architect, tax adviser, lawyer, financial adviser or government benefits representative. We do not conduct an on-site assessment or give project-specific professional or emergency advice. For an immediate hazard, contact emergency services or a qualified local professional.
Free report requests and email delivery
The personalized report request and our advisory guidance are free and do not require you to hire a provider. Contractor work, products, permits, financing and other services have their own costs and agreements. A report request is not a contractor booking, purchase, insurance policy or application for a public incentive.
Provide accurate details and an email address you are authorized to use. Our advisors aim to respond as soon as possible; no fixed delivery time, number of recommendations, contractor availability or particular result is promised. Research and local coverage may limit what we can recommend. If we cannot identify suitable options, the response may explain that limitation. Email filtering, incorrect details and technical failures can delay delivery.
What personalized recommendations mean
ZIP code identifies the area and a state for research. Your service and estimated home value provide context for project scope and contractor fit. These factors do not establish a property’s actual condition, legal ownership, financial capacity or eligibility for rebates. Postal lookup and other third-party data can contain errors.
References to “best,” “premium,” “quality” or “best-fit” options describe the comparison criteria and available information, not an exhaustive or independently certified ranking of all U.S. contractors. Our recommendations may cover a limited selection. Any credential check must be described with its scope and date. Independently confirm material information before making a decision.
Promotions, public incentives and displayed dates
Advisors may review contractor offers and potential state, government or utility incentives. We are independent of government agencies and program administrators and do not approve applications, certify eligibility, reserve funding or promise payment. Programs may depend on income, location, equipment, application timing, funding, technical requirements and other criteria. Home value alone does not qualify you.
A current date displayed on the website is the page’s reference date; it is not proof that every promotion or program was verified on that date. A report must be checked against the specific source, provider or official program terms. Offers can expire or change. Promotions and incentives can be combined only if both sets of rules allow it. Check whether an application or pre-approval is required before signing or starting work. No savings, lowest price, grant, tax credit or rebate amount is guaranteed.
Communications and permissions
Submitting a report request asks us to respond by email about that request. It does not give unrestricted permission for automated marketing calls, texts or contractor distribution. We do not share contact details with contractors without your permission. Separate notices and any legally required consent apply to referrals and additional marketing. You may opt out of advisory follow-up or marketing by replying, using an available unsubscribe link or contacting us.
Commercial relationships
We may receive advertising, affiliate or referral compensation for qualifying clicks, inquiries, calls, appointments or purchases. Compensation may affect the options featured and their placement. Independent contractors and the final service contract
Prime Property Match provides comparison information, general guidance and referral opportunities to help you evaluate providers. Any “advisor,” recommendation, matching result or comparison is informational support, not professional construction, engineering, architectural, legal, financial or insurance advice. We do not inspect your property, design or approve work, supervise a job, direct workers or certify that a provider is appropriate for your circumstances.
The provider you choose is a separate business, not an employee or agent of Prime Property Match merely because it appears on the website, receives a referral or pays an advertising or affiliate fee. You and the provider are responsible for negotiating and entering into the final agreement. Prime Property Match is not a party to that agreement and does not sign, administer, enforce, insure or guarantee it. No provider is authorized by a listing or referral to make commitments, warranties or representations on our behalf.
Responsibility for services, damage and contractor conduct
The provider is responsible for the obligations it undertakes and for its own acts and omissions, including those of its personnel and subcontractors, under its agreement and applicable law. This includes assessing the site; estimates and pricing; scope and specifications; scheduling; materials and equipment; installation and workmanship; site safety; required licensing, insurance and permits; code compliance; cleanup; subcontractor management; payment obligations; and agreed warranties or corrective work.
Prime Property Match does not assume the provider’s responsibility for defective, incomplete, unsuitable, unsafe or delayed work; property damage, leaks, flooding, fire, structural or electrical issues; personal injury; loss of use of your home; damage to possessions; theft or misconduct; misrepresentations; unauthorized substitutions or change orders; unexpected charges or cost overruns; lost deposits, non-performance or insolvency; liens; permit or code problems; warranty disputes; cancellations; or a provider’s failure to deliver advertised savings or qualify you for incentives.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Property Match is not liable for losses arising from an independent provider’s services, conduct or breach of your service contract solely because we displayed, compared, recommended or referred that provider. The fact that you discovered a provider through our website or that we received compensation does not make us responsible for performing its agreement. This provision addresses independent third-party conduct; it does not exempt Prime Property Match from liability for its own conduct where liability applies by law.
No contractor, insurance or performance guarantee
A listing, comparison, referral, featured placement, rating, brand reference or use of words such as “quality,” “trusted” or “match” is not a guarantee of licensing, insurance, competence, honesty, safety, availability, creditworthiness or future performance. Any expressly described credential check is limited to what was checked and when; it is not an ongoing inspection or insurance policy. Prime Property Match does not provide a bond, escrow service, deposit protection, reimbursement promise, workmanship warranty or replacement contractor commitment.
Your decision before hiring
Independently confirm the provider’s legal identity, current license where required, insurance, references and relevant experience. Obtain a written agreement addressing scope, materials, total price, deposit and payment milestones, change orders, permits, timelines, cancellation rights and warranty exclusions. Check credentials with the relevant authority and insurance with the insurer. Review promotions and financing directly with the provider. You decide whether to hire, what to sign and what to pay; using our service is not an instruction to accept a particular offer.
Complaints, claims and service disputes
Raise work, billing, damage, refund and warranty issues with the provider and, where appropriate, its insurer, licensing authority, consumer protection agency or your own adviser. Preserve contracts, photographs, invoices and correspondence. You may also report a listing or website concern through our Contact page, but receiving or forwarding a report does not make Prime Property Match a party to your service dispute or an undertaking to investigate, resolve, reimburse or defend it. Contacting us does not suspend any contractual or legal deadline. Nothing here restricts lawful complaints, reviews, access to courts or other non-waivable remedies.
Limits of these provisions
These provisions do not exclude or limit liability for Prime Property Match’s own fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, unlawful conduct or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. They do not waive statutory consumer rights or privacy rights. If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent lawfully enforceable, and the remaining provisions continue to apply where permitted. Responsibility depends on the actual circumstances and applicable law; no notice or term prevents a person from bringing a claim.
Third-party sites, trademarks and content
Third-party sites and services have separate terms and privacy notices. Brand logos and names belong to their owners and do not establish partnership, sponsorship or government endorsement unless expressly stated and supported. State flags identify geographic areas, not government affiliation. Images are illustrative unless expressly identified as verified projects. Do not commercially copy our original content without permission.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate others, send spam, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Access may be limited to address misuse, subject to applicable law. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability; important report details must be independently confirmed.
Changes, privacy and your rights
These terms describe the service available at the date shown. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued or non-waivable rights. Separate contractor contracts have their own terms. These website terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a waiver of mandatory consumer rights. Applicable law determines whether and how a provision is enforceable.
