Privacy Policy

Privacy at a glance

Your email, selected service, ZIP code and home-value range help our advisors prepare your free personalized report. Brevo and technical providers support the service. We do not share contact details with contractors without your permission. Analytics and advertising tools process technical data as explained below.

Important: independent contractors & your final contract

Prime Property Match is a comparison and informational advisory website, not your contractor, project manager, insurer or guarantor. You select and contract directly with an independent provider. Prime Property Match does not undertake the provider’s contractual duties or guarantee its work, conduct, payments or warranties. Read the contractor responsibility and liability provisions. This notice does not exclude responsibilities imposed on Prime Property Match by applicable law.

Who this policy covers

This policy covers personal information processed through primepropertymatch.com and requests handled under the Prime Property Match brand. Contact our team through the Contact page for privacy questions or to identify the operator responsible for your request. Independent contractors and third-party websites have their own notices.

Prime Property Match provides free, informational home-improvement advisory guidance by email. We use your selected service, U.S. ZIP code and estimated home-value range to research relevant contractor options, current promotions and potential state or utility incentives. Services include solar, roofing, windows and doors, plumbing, energy and HVAC, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, patios and outdoor living, and swimming pools.

Information you provide

A personalized report request collects your email address, selected service, five-digit ZIP code and estimated home-value range. We derive a state and state abbreviation from the ZIP and record the request source, date and handling status. Contact forms also collect your name, subject, email and the message you choose to provide. Do not send government IDs, payment card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

ZIP checks and personalization

The website sends your ZIP code to the Zippopotam.us postal lookup service to check the code and determine its state. This ZIP lookup does not include your email, name or home-value selection. Network services may process technical connection information. Lookup errors can occur; an identified state is not a precise property location or confirmation of contractor coverage or incentive eligibility.

After a successful report request, your browser stores the ZIP, selected service, home-value range, state and request time in session storage so the thank-you page can display your request. It does not store your email in that personalization record. The page ignores personalization records older than 24 hours; session storage can also be cleared through your browser. A separate session marker supports one-time lead measurement. Server and CRM records have separate retention.

How we use information

We use request details to respond by email, research local options, organize report requests by service, state and home-value range, and follow up on the advice you requested. Home value is context for contractor fit and project scope, not a credit assessment or a determination of government eligibility. We also use necessary information for site operation, security, spam prevention, troubleshooting, handling privacy requests and legal obligations.

A report request authorizes a response about that request. It is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing, automated calls or texts, or unrestricted contractor referrals. Separate marketing choices and legal requirements apply to any additional enrollment.

Service providers and contractor referrals

We use Brevo for contact and request management and email communications. Website hosting, WordPress forms, email delivery, security and related technical providers process information needed to deliver these services. The report details listed above are stored in our CRM. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.

We do not send your contact details to contractors without your permission. Before a referral that shares your information, we will explain the recipient or recipient category, the information and purpose, and obtain any permission required by law. A provider handles information it receives under its own privacy notice.

Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

The website uses cookies and similar technologies, including local or session storage. Google Tag Manager manages measurement integrations, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag. Depending on enabled integrations, your choices and applicable law, these services may receive device and browser data, IP address, page visits, advertising identifiers, referrers and events such as a successful report request. They help measure traffic and advertising effectiveness and may support advertising personalization.

Use the website’s cookie controls to review available categories and choices. Browser settings can block or clear cookies; some features may be affected. Withdrawing consent does not undo prior lawful processing. A promise not to share contact details with contractors does not mean that no technical data is processed by service providers or advertising platforms.

Where applicable privacy law treats advertising-related disclosures as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising, you may request an opt-out through the cookie controls and our Contact page. Rights depend on the applicable law and its scope. Contact us if an available control does not address your request; this notice does not certify that a particular browser signal or opt-out integration has been implemented.

Email choices

You may ask us to stop advisory follow-up or marketing email by replying to an email, using an unsubscribe link when provided, or contacting us with the subject “Email opt-out.” Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary non-marketing messages about a request you continue to ask us to handle, security or legal matters. An opt-out is not permission to disclose your email to other marketers.

Legal bases where applicable

Where the GDPR or a comparable law applies, processing to handle a service request is based on steps requested by you in connection with the service. Necessary security, abuse prevention and administration may rely on legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Processing required by law relies on legal obligations. Optional marketing or non-essential technologies rely on consent where required. You may withdraw consent and may object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to applicable exceptions.

Retention, security and international processing

We retain request and correspondence records for as long as needed to handle the request, related follow-up, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Logs, suppression records and backups may have different retention needs. Ask us about retention of a specific record or request deletion. Deletion can be limited by lawful retention requirements. No website, email or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Our technical, email, CRM and advertising providers may process information outside your state or country. Applicable transfer restrictions and safeguards must be considered where required by law. Contact us for information about providers and any transfer arrangement relevant to your request.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. You may withdraw consent, use an authorized agent where permitted, and appeal a denied request where the law provides that right. We do not deny statutory rights because you make a request. Some rights have exceptions.

Use our Contact page with the subject “Privacy request.” We may reasonably verify identity before responding; do not upload identity documents through the general form. If GDPR applies, you may complain to a competent data protection authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency where appropriate. A contractor’s separate records should also be addressed to that contractor.

Adults, updates and contact

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older exploring U.S. home projects and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. Policy updates appear with a revised date; material changes requiring a new choice will be addressed as required by law. For questions, use the Contact page.
