Contact your provider directly about scheduling, billing, work quality, cancellations or warranties. Prime Property Match is a comparison and referral website and does not perform contractor work. This form is not an emergency service.
Your contractor is responsible for the service it agrees to provide, its personnel and subcontractors, site safety, workmanship, permits, pricing and warranties under your agreement and applicable law. Prime Property Match does not perform or supervise that work and does not assume the contractor’s duties or responsibility for damage, injury, defective work, delays, lost deposits, extra charges or warranty failures caused by the contractor.
Send service claims to the provider and, where appropriate, its insurer or the relevant authority. You can report a website or listing concern here, but sending us a message does not open an insurance claim, cancel a service contract or require Prime Property Match to investigate, reimburse or resolve a contractor dispute. Do not delay action on legal or contractual deadlines while awaiting a response.
