Prime Property Match provides free, informational home-improvement advisory guidance by email. We use your selected service, U.S. ZIP code and estimated home-value range to research relevant contractor options, current promotions and potential state or utility incentives. Services include solar, roofing, windows and doors, plumbing, energy and HVAC, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, patios and outdoor living, and swimming pools.
You do not pay to request the report or receive our advisory guidance. Choosing whether to contact or hire an independent contractor is your decision. Contractor services are separately priced and contracted.
Advertising, affiliate and referral compensation
Contractors, advertisers or affiliate networks may pay Prime Property Match for advertising or for qualifying actions, such as a partner click, an eligible inquiry shared with permission, a qualifying call, appointment or purchase. Arrangements differ by partner. Not every link, recommendation, logo or mention generates revenue. Compensation can fund our website and free advisory service.
How compensation can affect recommendations
Commercial relationships may affect which providers or offers are included, promoted or placed first on the website or in a report. ZIP code, service, home-value context, local availability and information we can verify also affect the options considered. We do not compare the entire market or claim an exhaustive, neutral ranking of all contractors.
“Best,” “premium” and “best-fit” language describes available comparison criteria, not a guarantee that a contractor is the best in the country, lowest-priced, fully verified or suitable in every respect. Payment is not evidence of licensing, insurance, expertise or performance. Evaluate written estimates, credentials and offer terms independently.
Disclosures in reports and recommendations
A footer disclosure alone should not be treated as notice of every commercial recommendation. Where a material commercial relationship affects a recommendation, sponsored placement or affiliate action, that relationship must be identified clearly with the relevant content or link. Contact us if a commercial relationship is unclear.
Offers, incentives and provider responsibility
Advisor guidance and commercial referrals do not guarantee prices, savings, availability, contractor performance or incentive approval. State and utility programs have separate requirements; we are not their administrator. A date shown on the website is a reference date and does not establish that every offer was checked that day. Confirm the specific offer and official program requirements before relying on a saving.
Providers are independent businesses. Your contract is directly with the provider, which is responsible for its work, personnel, payments, permits and warranties under its agreement and applicable law. A referral fee does not make Prime Property Match a contractor, project manager, insurer or guarantor. See the contractor responsibility provisions; they do not exclude our own liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Brands, state flags and platforms
Brand names and logos are identification or industry references unless a specific partnership is expressly stated. They do not mean every referenced company is available through our service or endorses us. State flags identify areas for research and do not imply a government partnership or approval. All relevant trademarks belong to their owners.
Your details and your decision
Compensation does not authorize unrestricted sharing of personal information. We do not send contact details to contractors without your permission. A report request asks for an email response; it does not require a purchase or give blanket consent for automated marketing calls or texts.
